IslandLeads is a product and service operated by Ezy Web Pro. This policy covers IslandLeads ("we", "us") — our website visitors, our customers, and the people whose business contact details are processed when we run outreach for a customer.
Basic analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device/browser) and anything you choose to send us through our contact form or WhatsApp (your name, business, phone, and what you tell us).
Contact and business details, the targeting and messaging you want, and billing information needed to provide the service.
To run a customer's campaign, we process business contact information — for example a business name, business email address, phone, website, and category/location.
Prospect business data is sourced from publicly available business information, such as business websites, public business listings and directories, and public business profiles (e.g. Google Business listings), or it is provided directly by the customer. We focus on business contact details for B2B outreach, not private individuals' personal data.
For our own website and customer accounts, we are the data controller. For the outreach campaigns we run on a customer's behalf, the customer is the controller (they decide who is contacted and why) and IslandLeads is the processor, acting on the customer's documented instructions and only to deliver the service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share it only with:
Each customer's campaign runs in its own isolated setup — one customer's data and leads are never mixed with another's. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Customers can ask us to delete their campaign data.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
Every outreach email includes a way to opt out. You can also email hello@islandleadsja.com to be removed, and we will pass removal requests to the relevant customer (the sender) and honour them.
We aim to handle personal data consistently with Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020 and its data-protection standards. Where outreach reaches recipients abroad, applicable laws such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and the EU/UK GDPR & ePrivacy rules may also apply; our customers are responsible for lawful targeting, and we support compliance through authentication, opt-out handling, and sensible sending practices.
We're based in Jamaica, and your information may be processed here and by our service providers elsewhere. By using the service you understand this transfer and processing.
